Former Employee - Vice President Account Management says"Bad management Poor salaries if you don’t know to negotiate Lot of office politics"
Current Employee - Project Leader says"Terrible leadership from the top. Example, the CFO dressed as "Tiger King" and told everyone we're fine. One week later he was asking everyone to take voluntary pay cuts, otherwise layoffs would start. PLs are understaffed, your project load will be unmanageable. The systems are easily the worst I've ever worked in."
Former Employee - Director says"* In the 2000s and up until 2015, it was a good company.. Then the founder was less involved and his COO made a mess. We thought it would get better in 2017 when private equity acquired the company, but it got worse and many of us quit in 2018 * In every country region and functional groups, the corporate defined salary scale is way below market rates * As a manager of a profitable service group, it was extremely difficult to get approval to promote staff (and approvals were rare and few) - this was the same problem for my boss and his boss above him * The private equity's executive leadership was so egotistical and ambitious that it was creating a culture of backstabbing worthy of a cheesy TV reality show"
Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says"Few of the upper management in Drug safety and compliance has been in the company for 10 plus years, you are stuck in between their politics with no career growth. HR is the worst horrible one I have ever seen in my career life. The HR is partial towards this upper management and does not listen to your problem encountered."

Current Employee - Statistical Programmer says"Almost no raising salary, no bonuses, no holidays parties, no team meetings, no wise management. Promoting in average in 5 years."

Pharmacovigilance Scientist (Current Employee) says"Working for about an year here now but in no way this place feels like a corporate. The managers lack competence in supporting the team. Work is thrown at employee with bare minimum name sake training. The senior management is involved in lots of politics. Some people are promoted thrice in a year and others keep proving over and over again Couple of them were asked to leave without any information to the employees. FAVORITISM is at its peak. Team leads, ATMs and all promotions are based upon sycophancy. There is no system in place for grievance redressal by the management. HR is almost non existent. Over all you are in a for a crude experience. The motto seems to be Cons: Poor work life balance, biased appraisals and promotions, no employee development plans"

Senior Clinical Site Manager (Current Employee) says"The five days maximum requirement on site is not true. They keep changing the requirements for bonuses making them unachievable. They require 8 billable hours a day regardless if your prior day was 16 hours of billable time. They do not value their employees, we were never pulled from the road even though there is a pandemic."

Pay rates are horrible."

Human Resources Business Partner (Former Employee) says"The HR organization needs an overhaul. The environment is restrictive, inflexible, non-collaborative, non-supportive, disingenuous and deceptive. The turnover in HR is very high. There have been significant lay offs in the company over the last few years. There are very few opportunities for advancement in HR and vacated positions are often not being backfilled. Internal HR talent is often not considered for what few opportunities exist or are misinformed or not informed about potential opportunities."

Alex says"I went to a screening 2 hours drive away from where I live, but no calls or emails telling me whether or not I'm suitable to do the 6-day trial. I sent an email to ask and was told someone would call back, no one did! I had to call two days before the trial was meant to start. Found out I wasn't suitable, which is understandable, but for those who work and have other commitments (as most do!), it's difficult to arrange times if they can only find out about their suitability a couple of days before whilst no one from the company had adequate communication."
