Parexel International is an American provider of biopharmaceutical services. It conducts clinical trials on behalf of its pharmaceutical clients to expedite the drug approval process. It is the second largest clinical research organization in the world and has helped develop approximately 95% of the 200 top-selling biopharmaceuticals on the market today. The company publishes the annual Parexel R&D Statistical Sourcebook, operates the Parexel-Academy, and councils all of the top 50 biopharmaceutical and top 30 biotechnology companies.

"Terrible leadership from the top. Example, the CFO dressed as "Tiger King" and told everyone we're fine. One week later he was asking everyone to take voluntary pay cuts, otherwise layoffs would start. PLs are understaffed, your project load will be unmanageable. The systems are easily the worst I've ever worked in."

"Working for about an year here now but in no way this place feels like a corporate. The managers lack competence in supporting the team. Work is thrown at employee with bare minimum name sake training. The senior management is involved in lots of politics. Some people are promoted thrice in a year and others keep proving over and over again Couple of them were asked to leave without any information to the employees. FAVORITISM is at its peak. Team leads, ATMs and all promotions are based upon sycophancy. There is no system in place for grievance redressal by the management. HR is almost non existent. Over all you are in a for a crude experience. The motto seems to be Cons: Poor work life balance, biased appraisals and promotions, no employee development plans"

"Hostile work environment. Zero training which leaves you to pretty much fail at your job. You're allowed one fifteen minute break the entire day. You're expected to work overtime. Zero incentive to work here. Cut throat work environment, benefits are terrible, vacation time is ok but you're discouraged from taking time off. Pay rates are horrible."

"I went to a screening 2 hours drive away from where I live, but no calls or emails telling me whether or not I'm suitable to do the 6-day trial. I sent an email to ask and was told someone would call back, no one did! I had to call two days before the trial was meant to start. Found out I wasn't suitable, which is understandable, but for those who work and have other commitments (as most do!), it's difficult to arrange times if they can only find out about their suitability a couple of days before whilst no one from the company had adequate communication."
