Former Employee - Vice President Account Management says

"Bad management Poor salaries if you don’t know to negotiate Lot of office politics"

Current Employee - Project Leader says

"Terrible leadership from the top. Example, the CFO dressed as "Tiger King" and told everyone we're fine. One week later he was asking everyone to take voluntary pay cuts, otherwise layoffs would start. PLs are understaffed, your project load will be unmanageable. The systems are easily the worst I've ever worked in."

Former Employee - Director says

"* In the 2000s and up until 2015, it was a good company.. Then the founder was less involved and his COO made a mess. We thought it would get better in 2017 when private equity acquired the company, but it got worse and many of us quit in 2018 * In every country region and functional groups, the corporate defined salary scale is way below market rates * As a manager of a profitable service group, it was extremely difficult to get approval to promote staff (and approvals were rare and few) - this was the same problem for my boss and his boss above him * The private equity's executive leadership was so egotistical and ambitious that it was creating a culture of backstabbing worthy of a cheesy TV reality show"

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"Few of the upper management in Drug safety and compliance has been in the company for 10 plus years, you are stuck in between their politics with no career growth. HR is the worst horrible one I have ever seen in my career life. The HR is partial towards this upper management and does not listen to your problem encountered."

Former Employee - Senior Finance Business Partner says

"Talent is nonexistent throughout the company. Nobody really seemed to know what they were doing here. Tons of layoffs, good people replaced by incompetent people. Have heard the layoffs are still ongoing. Avoid this company as you will most likely be looking for another job in a couple years."

Former Employee - Individual Contributor says

"Only the slimeballs are left there. Patting each other on the back for undermining those they have nothing else."

Current Employee - Statistical Programmer says

"Almost no raising salary, no bonuses, no holidays parties, no team meetings, no wise management. You can’t be sure if you won’t be fired tomorrow, especially if you are not young or have high salary. You will hear only critics and maybe experience tough micro management. Promoting in average in 5 years."

Former Employee - Senior CSM says

"Everything about the position and the responses from PMs/LM was a complete joke."

"imagining this: wake up and get into your seat, turn on the computer you get notified that either you or your colleague seated next to you get fired in a short notice like one month period."

Pharmacovigilance Scientist (Current Employee) says

"Working for about an year here now but in no way this place feels like a corporate. The managers lack competence in supporting the team. Work is thrown at employee with bare minimum name sake training. The senior management is involved in lots of politics. Some people are promoted thrice in a year and others keep proving over and over again Couple of them were asked to leave without any information to the employees. FAVORITISM is at its peak. Team leads, ATMs and all promotions are based upon sycophancy. There is no system in place for grievance redressal by the management. HR is almost non existent. Over all you are in a for a crude experience. The motto seems to be Cons: Poor work life balance, biased appraisals and promotions, no employee development plans"

Regulatory consultant (Former Employee) says

"They provide no training and expect people to do they work"

Senior Clinical Site Manager (Current Employee) says

"The five days maximum requirement on site is not true. They keep changing the requirements for bonuses making them unachievable. They require 8 billable hours a day regardless if your prior day was 16 hours of billable time. They do not value their employees, we were never pulled from the road even though there is a pandemic."

Imaging Operations Lead (Former Employee) says

"Hostile work environment. Zero training which leaves you to pretty much fail at your job. You're allowed one fifteen minute break the entire day. You're expected to work overtime. Zero incentive to work here. Cut throat work environment, benefits are terrible, vacation time is ok but you're discouraged from taking time off. Pay rates are horrible."

"The HR organization needs an overhaul. The environment is restrictive, inflexible, non-collaborative, non-supportive, disingenuous and deceptive. The turnover in HR is very high. There have been significant lay offs in the company over the last few years. There are very few opportunities for advancement in HR and vacated positions are often not being backfilled. Internal HR talent is often not considered for what few opportunities exist or are misinformed or not informed about potential opportunities."

CMA (Former Employee) says

"So, if you like working 55 hrs a week with no overtime, and DUMB LM's you will love the place, otherwise move on. Extremely high turnover! What does that tell you? Cons: All"

" Lead Clinical Data Manager on multiple protocols from start-up to database lock"

Alex says

"I went to a screening 2 hours drive away from where I live, but no calls or emails telling me whether or not I'm suitable to do the 6-day trial. I sent an email to ask and was told someone would call back, no one did! I had to call two days before the trial was meant to start. Found out I wasn't suitable, which is understandable, but for those who work and have other commitments (as most do!), it's difficult to arrange times if they can only find out about their suitability a couple of days before whilst no one from the company had adequate communication." is a non-profit organization and communications forum for social activism.
